Auction Night for Born Free Foundation
The 30 beautiful painted lions, "The Pride of the Cape," were auctioned on Friday night for the Born Free Foundation at Moyo at the V&A Waterfront. The money raised goes to helping animals suffering in captivity.
It was inspiring to meet Virginia McKenna, co-founder of the foundation. Growing up watching the classic movies of "Born Free" and "Forever Free" over and over again they formed such a corner stone in my life of what my dreams and wishes are based on. Turning 30, Keri actually gave me the book "Born Free" framed!
This lion was painted with this in my heart. When a dream is made and a vision is set anything can be achieved. This lion is for all lions and lion hearts out there - may we make our dreams for lions come true ...

Animal Communication Case Studies
Every wondered what your animal is
saying to you?
I have been studying and using animal communication with my own animals and in my work in environmental education for the past five years. I am looking for people and their animal friends who would be happy to work with me for case studies (10). Wynter Worsthorne, is my mentor and I am completing her course for becoming a practitioner.
“I don’t have words. I was crying and laughing at the
same time while reading this and in the meantime have read it over and over and
over.” Amanda, Garden Route
What is Animal Communication?
Animal communication is a way of
directly speaking with all species to better understand our friends on a heart
to heart level. It can also assist with understanding behaviour patterns,
illnesses and even find missing animals.
If you would like to know more please
email me or visit Wynter’s website AnimalTalkAfrica.co.za and /or Anna
Breytenbach’s Animalsprit.org.za
What is needed for Case studies?
All that is needed is a photo.
If you have specific questions please
jot them down in an email.
I will email back to you all details
of the communication with your animal. All are welcome and every species is welcome.
Thank you &
Warm Regards
Kate Muller
Case studies are done at no charge.

Bosbok & Porki
Forest Breath you whisper in my ear
I can never you alone...
Made from fallen trees in the forests of the Woody Cape, Alexandria. These animals were made as a prayer with the forests. Bosbok was the first, made after a farmer had illegally pushed back indigenous forest to clear more grazing for dairy cattle and Porki in memory of a porcupine and a friend.
