When living and working in the forests of the Woody Cape as a nature guide I became intoxicated with them and created these sculptures out of that love.

Lichen covered branches bound with gold thread
A farmer had pushed back indigenous forest to open fresh inches of grazing for his dairy herd. Bosbok comes from those forest branches.
